High Intellect Co., Ltd. is subsidiary of “Wan Chi Steel Industrial Co., Ltd.”. We are specialized in manufacturing Magnesium /Aluminum Die Casting Products, and we are the biggest AM60B (Mg) volume consumer in Taiwan . Our products include Automobile Steering Wheel, Bicycle Front/ Frame Fork, Crank, Motorcycle Gear Housing, Power Tools such as Pneumatic Gun, Mow Head, Oil Tank/ Gear Case for Chainsaw, 3 C Product’s Frame & parts, Fan Cover, Cylinder Head, Hub etc. And also perform precise CNC work as well as after process for die casting.
Our Head Office - Wan Chi Steel Industrial Co., Ltd. has been one of the largest Big Size Steel Piping factory for more than 35 years (since 1969 with capital of US$5.1 mil. 850 persons. 1,155,000 sq feet). We aim for superior quality and face all challenges in design work. Our strong engineering team is the key to completing hard tasks. We have another two branches, one is in Taipei, the other is in China, Gin-Huang-Dao (near Tian Jin).
Wan Chi produces Large Diameter Steel Pipe, Pipe Bend (high frequency bending, largest in Taiwan w/ 1060mm dia), End Plate, Ladle, Torpedo Ladle Car, Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, Blast Furnace, turn-key project for Power Plant (include Coal Firing, Oil/Gas Firing, Co-generation), Steel Mill, Petrochemical, Incineration, Environment Protection Plant, Steel Structure, Infrastructure etc.
Our facilities contains many such as 6 sets of 650 tons Cold Chamber Die Casting Unit (to ensure higher strength of Magnesium alloy die casting products), 21 sets of CNC Tapping Center, 20 tons press, 3 Dimensional CMM Controller, Lathe, Spectrophotometer, Spectrometer, Electrical Discharger, Miller, Polisher, Grinder, Sandblasting/Coating Equipment etc.
We are credited withTS16949, 5S, TQC system passed too. We feel that the more we strive to have the better quality, the more we gain the confidence of foreign and domestic customers. In the past, we focused on domestic market a lot, later on, we have been gradually exporting to countries around the world and have won the praise and trust accordingly.
